Why did I write this book?

I wrote this book because today's job market is very competitive in america and there are alot of people out there who have the skills to do the job but are simply lacking a few skills in the art of interviewing.

The book is split into three main parts:

Part One

Part one addresses everything you need to consider about yourself when it comes to picturing the career track you want.

Your personal branding, what motivates you, your needs, your culture fit and career exploration.

Part two goes into the process from the company's point of view and dives into the specific details of the hiring process and interviews.

How to go about discovering a company's goals and needs in order to help you target towards the proper companies, and how to get through interviews with all the right answers.

Part Two

Part Three

Part three talks about how to make the relationship between you and your potential company beneficial for both parties.

How you will fit within a given company environment and about how your role will affect the company.
